I did it!

I hit under 140 lbs today.  Weighed in at 136 and was there for a couple of days.  It’s been probably close to 4 years since I’ve been under 140lbs.  Now just gotta work and my core and other parts.  I lost most of the weight not by working out a lot, but cutting out a lot of sugar and dairy.  I motivated myself by not shaving my legs.. I know gross right, but everyday I saw my legs I was more determined to make sure I watched what I ate.  It worked!
